I had just begun teaching 1st grade. You can imagine all the germs I was coming in contact with daily! One day I came down with a high fever and very sore throat, the classic case of strep. I called my homeopath, who I thought was too far of a drive to actually visit. She told me to go to the doctor to get a strep test, just to be sure, but don’t take the antibiotic. Strep was confirmed, and my homeopath said to take Apis and Belladonna. I was a new to homeopathy and did not have them on hand. I sent a friend out to find them, but he could not find them in a pure form. After 3 days of a high fever, my homeopath said I had better just get the antibiotic, so I did. I recovered, but a few weeks later came down with the same symptoms (the antibiotic sure didn’t help my body to know how to fight it!). This time I was able to have someone drive me out to my homeopath. She gave me a high dose of belladonna at her office and I immediately felt the fever dissipate. I took the Apis and Belladonna for a few days and recovered. After about a month the symptoms mildly came back and I took the same remedies. I recovered and have not had strep since! That was 11 years ago. I haven’t been on antibiotics since then either. Now I know what really works! - ME

I have one other story involving my brother. He lives out of town and had called one day to say that he had an eye infection that he was having a lot of trouble getting rid of. He had been taking antibiotics for nearly a month to no avail. I sent him a tube of Silicea 30c and instructed him on how to use it. Much to my surprise, he actually tried it. The very next morning his eye infection was almost totally gone and by the end of the day there was no sign of it. This was just from one dose. He was extremely impressed and mentions that story to this day.

Hip, Hip, Hooray for Homeopathics!! They have saved me many, many times from expensive doctor visits and the inconvenience and misery of having to get ressed and drive into an office when I didn’t feel like moving at all.

My story has to do with how I was introduced to homeopathics. One day I had a sudden onset of flu symptoms. It just hit me like a ton of bricks. I was shaking and cold and just plain miserable. My sister just happened to come to my house shortly after the symptoms began and I told her what was going on. She said, “Hang on. I’ll be right back.” She returned with a tube of Rhus Toxicodendron 30C.

I took 3 pellets of the Rhus Tox and put them under my tongue not knowing what to expect but not concerned that they would make me feel any worse than I already did. Within 15 minutes all of my symptoms disappeared as if by magic!! About an hour later, it felt like they were trying to return so I took another dose and “cut it off at the pass.” I never had another symptom after that and was so impressed that I began “feverishly”, pardon the pun, looking into homeopathics and came to own quite a few and use them quite a bit for myself and other family members.
